Content & Outreach Specialist


Netfork is looking for a Content & Outreach Specialist to help us sustain rapid sales growth and build our online authority. In this role, you will work directly with founders to establish new leads and nurture relationships with existing contacts, and also be responsible for the creation and promotion of specialized content through which we will aim to increase Netfork’s online presence. Through direct and daily coaching, you will get a unique view of Sales and Business Development in the IT industry. To succeed in this position, you need strong communication skills in English, a methodical approach to handling job responsibilities, a readiness to constantly improve your skills, and a good work ethic. We expect you to have experience in creating digital marketing content (preferably in IT) and experience in working with social media.

Starting Duties and Responsibilities

  • Take over and fully own current outreach process set up within Netfork
  • Take over lead nurturing process
  • Create digital content based on the Netfork expertise and internal processes
  • Run marketing campaigns to improve Netfork online presence

Future Duties and Responsibilities

  • Inspect and improve existing outreach processes
  • Identify new leads and avenues for growth
  • Set up and run digital content creation as a pipeline
  • Own digital marketing strategy of Netfork and lead our marketing team
  • Work directly with founders on new ideas and initiatives to grow the business further

What we look for in candidates:

  • Previous experience of at least one year in the creation of written digital content (IT-related experience is a plus) – please, submit published examples with your CV
  • Fluent English proficiency is a must (spoken and written, at least C1)
  • Experience with and knowledge of social media
  • Knowledge and experience with non-textual content creation (ie. video or image editing) is a plus
  • Basic understanding of commonly used technologies for developing web/mobile applications is a plus
  • Very responsible and diligent person towards work tasks
  • Proactive person, ready to overcome challenges and suggest improvements to processes in which he/she works
  • Thinking outside the box
